End-to-End Encryption

All data transmitted between your device and our servers — including DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS payment references — is encrypted using TLS 1.3. This applies to mobile sessions, desktop sessions and API calls alike.

Yes. Log into your account, go to Settings, then Privacy & Data, and select Download My Data. We compile and deliver a structured file to your registered email within 72 hours of the request being confirmed.

When you deposit or withdraw via DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS, only the transaction reference and timestamp are stored on our side. The full payment credentials stay within the respective payment provider's encrypted environment and are never visible to our team.

We share data only with the payment processors needed to complete your transaction and with fraud-detection services that operate under strict confidentiality agreements. We never share data with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

Submit a deletion request through Settings > Privacy & Data > Request Data Removal, or contact our privacy team via live chat. Verified deletion of profile data is completed within 30 days, subject to any retention obligations under local law.

Transaction records are kept for the period specified under applicable Indonesian financial regulation. Once that retention period expires, records are automatically and permanently deleted from our systems without any action needed from you.

After a confirmed account closure, your profile data is queued for deletion within 30 days. Transaction records are retained only for the legally required period, then removed. You will receive email confirmation once the deletion process is complete.
