How We Protect and Manage Your Legal Interests

Our approach to data handling, cookies, account security and information retention is built around transparency and your ability to act on your own account at any time.

Data Handling

Your personal data is stored on encrypted servers. We do not share your name, email or payment details — including DANA and OVO identifiers — with third parties unless required by applicable Indonesian law or a verified legal process.

Cookie Policy

We use functional and analytics cookies to keep your session active and improve account flow. You can review and adjust cookie preferences at any time via the footer link labelled 'Cookie Settings' — no account login required.

Account Security

Two-factor authentication is available on every aha4d account. We strongly encourage you to enable it under Settings → Security. Login attempts from unrecognised devices trigger an email alert to your registered address within 60 seconds.

Data Retention

We retain account activity records — including GoPay and QRIS transaction logs — for 12 months by default. You may request earlier deletion of non-mandatory data by submitting a written request via our legal inbox.

Legal Contact & Requests

To request a copy of your personal data, correct inaccuracies, or raise a privacy concern, email our legal team with your account ID. We process verified requests within three working days and confirm completion in writing.

Account Closure

You may request full account closure at any time. Once confirmed, your profile is deactivated within 24 hours and your stored payment details — including linked OVO and DANA tokens — are purged from our active systems within seven days.

Yes. Email our legal inbox with your account ID and a subject line reading 'Data Access Request'. We will compile and send your full data record — including login history and payment logs — within three working days.

Open a support ticket tagged 'Transaction Dispute' in your account dashboard and include the transaction reference number. Our team cross-checks our records against the DANA or OVO payment log and responds within two business days.

Access to specific product areas depends on local law. We check your registration region and will inform you at account creation if any restriction applies. Most features are available to all verified Indonesian account holders.

We email every registered account holder at least 14 days before any material change takes effect. The updated terms are also published on this page with a 'Last Updated' date at the top so you can verify when the current version was adopted.

You may request deletion of non-mandatory personal data by submitting a written request to our legal inbox. Mandatory records — such as QRIS and GoPay transaction logs required by financial regulations — are retained for the period prescribed by applicable law.

Within seven days of confirmed account closure, all stored payment tokens — including DANA, OVO and GoPay links — are removed from our active systems. You will receive an email confirmation once the purge is complete.

Formal legal correspondence should be sent to our dedicated legal inbox. Include your account ID and the nature of your request. We acknowledge all formal submissions within four business hours and route them to the appropriate team lead.
